Another one of my aunt Wilma's recipes. Absolutely delicious!
Buffet Potatoes
2 pound frozen hashbrowns
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/2 cup melted butter
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 pint sour cream
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
1 can of cream of chicken
Combine potatoes and butter.
Add the cream of chicken, cheddar cheese, sour cream, pepper, salt and onions into a well greased 9x13 pan.
Topping
1 1/2 cups cornflakes crushed
1/4 cup melted butter
Mix together and sprinkle over the potatoes.
Bake at 300 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
