Do you feel that circumcision is a form of child abuse ? xxx

I'm undecided. It is mutilation of the body. I'm glad I was circumcised. I just did some reading on this. Guess it depends on where you're from. It's very common here in the U.S. An uncircumcised male is a bit rare here.

I know for some it is a cultural thing , why i dont really know.

I remember reading a few years ago more and more men were opting to get this procedure done simply for better self gratification.

I get that its quite a simple procedure and the outcome and healing is pretty good and quick, but why put a child through it without medical neccessity?

I get that its more hygenic and that an infact wont remember the pain, but is it really neccessary and is it child abuse ?
