| Fresh fruit and Hartley’s Jelly mixed into one to help towards your for a 5 A Day.
Serves 6
What you need
* Hartley’s Tablet or Sugar Free Jelly
* strawberries, halved
* raspberries
How to make it
1. Make up the Hartley’s Strawberry Jelly as directed on the instructions.
2. Leave the jelly to cool, transfer to a glass serving bowl then add the fruit.
3. Place the jelly in the fridge and leave to set.
Hints and tips
* Try serving with some low fat crème fraiche.
* Try experimenting with different fruits and jelly flavours.
