Freeze leftover wine in ice-cube trays and use the cubes for cooking

When buying frozen veggies avoid ones that are in one large lump. It's a sign they've been thawed & refrozen

Store chocolate wrapped in a cool, dry place. Dark choc can keep for up to 10 years, milk choc, just 9 months.
