a sml tin of pilchards mixed with some lettuce, tomato, cucumber, added a dash of chilli and garlic sauce, then some leeinperrins and mixed it altogether, scoop this mixture onto 4x ryvita breads and enjoy every mouthful.
Its slightly spicey for those that love that extra flavour x

A simple beans on toast is always an old favourite,
go with one slice of bread if you plan on having a large evening meal, but if you have a very strenuous day ahead go for two.
You can add poached eggs as an option on top :D

A good old fashioned omlette is a great choice for your lunch or brunch, you can add either salad or veg to your plate to help fill it.
