Ive realised lately that the only person that can help me to move forward and succeed is ME !
I have had problems with not being able to go alone out for years and my family have been the best support and help but....
I FIGURED THE ONLY PERSON THAT CAN CHANGE THE WAY I FEEL AND THINK ABOUT CERTAIN SITUATIONS IS MYSELF.

So im not ashamed to say i went for help and this week after three meetings i was literally left outside alone for the first time in 10 years and survived happy

My challenges are just begining but i have my best foot forward and im determined to get some sense of normality back in my life.

I love my family and friends immensely for the support they have shown me over the years, what more motivation does anyone need ? xxx

I love hearing that kind of news Wen!!! Sometimes we need another person to give us a jumpstart, then it's much easier to steer ourselves in the right direction. Keep going with it Wen.
