Do you find that film remakes are pretty good in general or should the classics be left well alone ? xxx

I think most originals should be left alone. There are exceptions. The original Batman series from the 40's was bad. The 60's version was cool. The newer movie versions are too serious and focus on special effects. The original Star Trek 60's series had character and the characters had personality. The newer version is way too serious and the characters have no personality. Newer versions of shows and movies have to be too serious and heavy on special effects.
