I rarely eat breakfast. I've just recently started eating lunch. Now I'm getting a gut. I look like a pencil with a ball tied to it.

I very rare eat breakfast also, but i have a sandwich for lunch, a meal at tea time and another sandwich or soup for suppa and im like a baby whale lol.
Do you think itl help if we eat breakfast lololol xxx
