PRLog (Press Release) – Apr 11, 2011 – Charlie Taylor, three times Scottish Hairdresser of the Year and member of the British Hairdressing Hall of Fame, is to pioneer the launch of the world’s first ever permanent hair colour for sensitive scalps across her four salons in Dundee, Perth, St Andrews and Bridge of Allan this week.
IGORA Senea, which is being rolled out internationally later this month, is the world’s first ever permanent colour tested and recommended by dermatologists* for use on delicate scalps.
The multi-award winning hairdresser has been selected by international haircare giant, Schwarzkopf, to launch this unique and ground breaking hair colour service to the Scottish market and, with around one out of three women perceiving their scalp as delicate, the launch is sure to pique the interest of around one third of the Scottish population.
