How often do you pamper yourself ?

Lets be honest, how often do you give yourself a head to toe pamper session ?
Once a week,
couple of times a week,
not often enough ?

personally i dont do it often enough, usually if something bothers me like a patch of dry skin or something like that then i tend to bounce into action, but i really should do it more often as it feels and smells fantastic.
