My sleep is very broken up. I very rarely sleep more than a few hours before I'm waking up.

Im like you bill for broken sleep, ive always had trouble sleeping , been a night owl since i can remember.
My trouble is i cant switch off when i go to bed, i do my best thinking when its quiet xxx
