Do you have certain favourite cookbooks that you go back to time and again, if so what are they and what keeps you going back ?

I really dont have any cook books. It's not because I dont like them, I would love to have some, but I just havent really gave them much of a thought when out shopping. Maybe I will now. I get most of my recipes offline, youtube, places like that and just print them out and keep them in a folder, which by the way I need to organize really bad, so if anyone has any ideas about how to organize recipes in a cheap effective way please let me know.

i dont have any fav recipe books now either, i did used to love the biro books when my kids were small but i dont have them any more either.

I have recipe cards that i very rare look at but keep going back to from time to time for ideas.

I have recipes saved on my pc and it kills me that i cant print them off as the inks are just way to expensive, i have thought to look for another printer with cheaper inks but that will take time too unfortunately.

I do have a lot of healthy recipes that i printed off last year that i always look to when im trying to eat healthy and lose some weight, they are mainly slimming world recipes or a lot of low fat/calorie meals.

I have those in a plastic pocket and they should be catagorised too, at the moment they are still just named GREEN or RED day meals . xxx
