| Since childhood I have been phobic about my teeth. My 2x daily routine is to brush for no less than 2 minutes, followed by a swish with peroxide. I am a smoker and coffee/tea drinker so am always conscious of yellowing. I swish with a rise of peroxide. I was also lucky enough to find a water pic at a discount store, I pour a bit of peroxide along with the water, it is truly like a mouthgasm. Always pack flossers for those pesty little incidentals that find a home between teeth. |

| OOOOOOooh the bubbly feel of peroxide is quite the mind trip until you get used to it. A water pic is a small, about 4-6cup size, forced water attached to a hose that has different tips. You can set the level of the water pressure, hold the tip toward your gum line and move across all the teeth. The water jets out the yucks caught between teeth as well as pulsates the gums which is great for blood circulation. Usually they are pricey but I found mine for less than 10.oo dollars US (not sure of money conversion amount) |
