Fruit smoothie to watch tv with around supper time or in the morning for your breakfast.
These can be made simply by choosing 3 fruits, adding either low fat milk or fruit juice and blending into a liquid.
If you prefer one flavour use one type of fruit.
To make this a tasty treat you can add low fat ice cream too, but remember either way you have this it is very filling, at least i think so.
