Detoxification

Have you ever tried a Detox before in any form or means, if so share that journey with us and let us know the results .

No, but I was thinking about doing the liver detox teas because of my diabetes and getting rid of the toxins from taking glucophage for so long. If anyone has info about those, I'd be totally stocked. The glucophage actually caused me a vit B defiency that caused a bad skin rash. (I can't remember the exact name, but google riboflavin defiency and it will be there.)

Airkitten, I had never heard of the liver detox until you mentioned it.
Do you take medication/shots to control your diabetes? While pregnant with my little one I developed Gestational diabetes. Its a terrible thing to live with.

I also have diabetes it is not fun at all :( I am type 2 are you type 1 or 2?

I am type 2 and take glucophage and januvia to control it. I guess from what I have looked up that glucophage likes to hijack the b vitamins in your body, and I learned that the difficult way! The rash I got was right bang in the middle of the forehead and nothing I could do would make it go away, except learn that I didn't have enough in me and starting to take the diabetic vitamins my doctor told me about. It is finally starting to clear up.
