| Our banks in the U.S. close on recognized federal holidays. Banks were closed for memorial day. Banks here are only allowed to be closed for 3 consecutive days, which means, if a holiday is on or near a weekend, they will close Friday or Monday, but not both. Is that the same thing you're talking about Wen?

| Well talk about learn something new everyday... I read your reply and thought hmmm, il google and see what our version of a bank holiday is so i can explain it better only to find it has the exact same meaning. Embarrassed now to admit that i didnt know what it actually meant  until now xxx | |
