I tend to bounce between the two these days.
After losing my son 3 years ago i realised that life was too short for pettiness, that the little things that might have stressed me before just didnt warrent the concern anymore.
I tend not to sweat the small stuff but i do have times where i may get overwhelmed by them if theres too much going on at once.
When i worry these days i have the strength to share it and help ease the burden or to get a new perspective on things that lets me push though things more easily .
