I have bouts with depression once in a while. Nothing I can ever fix, so I just get out of the bad mood quick enough. It does cause problems sometimes.

Im with you hun, i dont so much get moody, i tend to go in on myself and im open to a lot of things that dont normally bother me as much and i have uncontolable bouts of tears and feeling hopeless.
Luckily it doesnt happen too often these days, im happy to say im in a good place right now xxx
