I suffer from Migraines, normally stress related.

I dont have a certain medication to prevent or help with them, i just use paracetamol and ibuprofen as i have no tollerance for anything stronger.

Usually, i am bed bound with violent headaches and several hours of vomiting that i have to medicate to relieve.

A migraine can leave a dull sickly head ache and body weakness for up to 3 days after the attack.

But on thursday i started a migraine without the sickness, something ive never experienced before, but with that same exscruciating head ache and low tollerance to light.

I have slept a lot as that seems to be the only way to get relief but that dull head is there constantly.
The horrible headache rares its ugly head around 3 or 4 times a day and im fast approching day 3 with it now.

Not really sure whats going on, does anyone else suffer like this ?
