| What do you use to tame a cough or cold, either from over the counter, from the chemist or a favourite home remedy, plz share with us xxx

| Depends how bad. Sometimes just get throat lollies. I usually go to the doctors though to get something. | |

| I BUY Asdas own make of flu capsules, they work wonders for keeping you on your feet and it helps to slow up the sniffles and all the nasty stuff xxx | |

| Well I am allergic to most over the counter cold meds so the only choices I have are cough drops or some type of honey and lemon tea. I can take Alkeseltzer Cold Plus but that is pretty much the only cold medicine I can take when I get sick. |

| I like to use asda's own brand of Max strength cold and flu capsules. They take a day or two to kick in but boy do they help dry you up and keep you on your feet xxx | |
