We just had dinner. I made a pasta dish made from garden rotini noodles, then I sautee green peppers, red onions, chopped spinach, and sometimes I'll add chicken or turkey in olive oil and seasoned with garlic powder, pepper, creole seasoning, a tiny bit of Italian seasoning, and cummin. Once that's done I add it to the noodles and add some type of sauce. Tonight I used a garlic and herb spaghetti sauce. It is so good!
