going to the drug store

Meeting with a contractor this morning, then going to the home improvement store looking for shower stuff. Were installing a handicap accesible shower for my mother in law.

I added to todays agenda. I baked some brownies early this morning before everyone was up. Once the odor spread upstairs, everyone was up. :)

I thought i could smell brownies this morning but thought i was dreaming, they sure must have been good for me to smell them over the water hun lol xxx

That's the gulf stream Wen. It brings the warmer moist air over to you, plus all the smells of what I'm cooking. :)

I'm cleaning up and planning dinner.

To take over the world! No, just to think about our cake business, what works, what doesn't, what needs improved, what people like, what people don't, advertising, maketting... all things businessy, but Im about to give it a rest for today and just chill and watch some TV with the hubby.

Steven its early days hun, things will fall into place hun, you just need to take a deep breath and ease your way in slowely but confidently.

The cakes speak for themselves, they are fun, vibrant, sweet, sexy and all things good, so im sure it wont take long for your good name to be well known hun.

In the mean time, if the cakes slow down, go back to the gifty end of the scale and sell that big instead, its all about balance, i have faith youl get there hun xxx

Wendy's right. You know word of mouth is your best advertising. Once enough people experience your products, they tell their friends, their friends tell their friends, etc. You'll be needing help with the orders. Certainly keep your mind on the business, but don't let it drive you crazy.

My plans for today: A contractor will be here doing minor repairs in the house. My mother in law will be needing me to help with certain things. Also trying to get the yard straightened up before winter sets in.

My plans for today is to have a nice afternoon with my girls and my mam, just catching up and chillaxing.

My brother will be calling in to wish me a happy anniversary but he wont be staying this sunday xxx
