I very rare suffer a hangover but when i do i sip water all day long and try to munch on dry bread, crackers or salty crisps, the salt does help as does chocolate but i dont have a sweet tooth xxx

I dont get hangovers anymore, just headaches. So paracetemol is good lol I used to get them really bad, being sick and all that. Water is good as dehydration is always there after a good drink.
