How would you feel if your kids told you they were thinking of joining the forces ?

Personally id be horrified, even though i was brought up in that life as a child myself and its a good life, strict but good.
However as far as im concerned, i have already lost my son, i want to keep my other kids as near as possible. I know that sounds selfish and its an honourable thing to do, but i couldnt bare it.
